    Operate fewer contact centers / offices at non-peak hours and public holidays.

    Time Dependent Routing: Flexibility to dynamically route the calls as per the business requirements.

    Calls will be routed based on

    • Time-of-the-day
    • Day-of-the-week
    • Date-of-the-year

    E.g. Mumbai call center operates on a 24x7 basis whereas other call centers operate on 16X6 basis. Hence calls in the night time, on weekends and on National holidays (example 15th August) can be routed to Mumbai.

    2. Optimized resource allocation

    Inbound calls are routed in proportion to the call
    handling capacity of the various destinations.
    Percentage Allocation Routing: Based on the call handling capacities, the load (Number of calls) can be balanced between
    the various destinations/access lines.

    3. Maximum call completion

    Call Redirecting Services

    Call Re-Routing on Busy/No answer/Route Failure: Calls at the destination will be redirected incase there is no reply or busy tone.
    Line Hunting: Hunt groups can be pre-defined, so if there is a busy tone than the call is terminated on the next available channel.

    Ensures maximum call completion.

    Can be used for Disaster Recovery- In case of any emergency or natural disaster if one of the call center is not operating then calls coming to that call center can be re-directed to other call centers. This assures service to all regions in times of emergencies too.
